1977-1981 MANZONI AT THE POMPIDOU

Manzoni was among the artists featured in two group shows: at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Turin and at the Kunsthaus in Zürich. He participated in the group show Identité italienne: l’art en Italie depuis 1959, curated by Germano Celant at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.

On the occasion of the Pompidou exhibition, a book was produced with a chronological structure divided by years 1959-1980. A selection of the salient historical-artistic facts for each year was reproduced, correlated with images of works by the participating artists, photographs and documents. This was one of the first publications of its kind.
