2005 EXHIBITION AT THE TATE WITH BURRI AND FONTANA
The exhibition Beyond Painting: Burri, Fontana, Manzoni, supported by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Italian Embassy and produced on the occasion of the visit of the President of the Italian Republic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, presented a room for each of the three Italian artists. Among the works on show were a large creased canvas and an important Achrome with bread rolls and kaolin.
The catalogue contained essays by Matthew Gale and Renato Miracco.
