2023 LECTURES AND TALKS

Two lectures devoted to the activities of the Fondazione Piero Manzoni were given by the director at the IULM in Milan (for the Museums and Archives course) and at Milan University (for the Art and Law specialisation course). A further two lectures were given in the Foundation spaces for the students from the Accademia di Belle Arti Aldo Galli IED Network Como and from the degree course in the History of Art from the University of Verona.

Rosalia Pasqualino di Marineo also spoke at the Auditorium del Vittoriale degli Italiani within the ambit of the event Metaverso. Un viaggio iperculturale, a study day focusing on augmented reality, artificial intelligence and art education curated by LABA of Brescia. Future prospects were discussed in which the metaverse may see projects involving Piero Manzoni.

The Kidlab project continued, successfully offering the workshop C’era una volta Piero (Once upon a time Piero) in the primary schools of Milan and Lombardy: for the first time this year the Foundation held a free training course for teachers and educators together with the artist Fausto Gilberti, organzied by Corraini Editore in Mantua.
